Flash

Flash is a small Shetland Sheepdog whose owners could no longer care for him ~ he came to us by way of a shelter in Bridgewater, NJ.   He will be neutered in the coming weeks.     He is about 8 years old,  friendly and affectionate, housebroken.  Flash knows "sit" and "paw".

PUP-DATE from foster mom:  10/28/08

He's looking so much better now than when he first came to NJ Sheltie Rescue ~ happy to be out of the shelter/kennel environment.   He gets along very well with his foster mom's other dogs.

He lives up to his name.  Off leash he's quick as a flash.    He's a lover boy.  Likes a lot of petting, gives kisses, and loves to be beside you on the couch with his head in your lap.   He seems to be a happy little guy, very laid back, very well behaved.

We think he may have thyroid problems.  His foster mom has him on supplements for skin and coat.  Going to vet for blood work "this week".
