Cheyenne was about 7 months old when she came to rescue. Her former family had purchased her from a breeder, but realized that they weren't suited for a young, energetic puppy.
She had not been housebroken, didn't know how to walk on leash, and would totally freak if you tried to pick her up [perhaps she was accidently dropped at one time]. Since it was summer and her foster mom's office is very dog-friendly, she was able to go to work every day and quickly caught up on her basic training.
Click on the icons below to see this little whirlwind in action ~ running/jumping and "terrorizing" her very indulgent 'Uncle Buddy' and 'Aunt Sashi'. She was so much fun to foster !!!

It didn't take long for our little puppy to be adopted ~ she is now living with a wonderful young couple and their 2-ish year old sheltie, Dizzy. The two furkids hit it off immediately !!! It was so much fun to watch them play sheltie tag around the back yard. The two pictures below are from Nina's new parents.
